School is great and I am still loving it! However I must confess I am soooo happy to have this week off. It gives me time to relax and regroup for the countdown until the end of the year. I can't believe Thanksgiving is here and New Years is around the corner. My how time is flying!

Finally!! I have lived in Houston for 20+ years and I just got around to going to Blue Bell Creamery. It was lots of fun! Of course the best part was the sample at the end. I will let you in on a little secret. Sshhh, you can get to flavors in your cup as long as they are in the same line. :) While my Birthday Cake flavor was yummy, I will have to say Breyers Chocolate Mint Chip is my favorite flavor of all time!
